This is the journal of record for archaeological and historical projects in the ceremonial county of Hertfordshire. Established in 1968, it is published jointly by the St Albans and Hertfordshire Architectural and Archaeological Society and the East Herts Archaeological Society. Contributions are warmly invited from those who are not members of either society. The Editorial Committee wishes to publish the widest range of papers from both new and established authors.
Prospective authors are invited to contact the with a proposal and to download the guidance in preparing a paper for publication.
